A court design was adopted to allow maximum cross ventilation, solar access, privacy and security. This design also ensures each room has views to nature and is designed with a guest unit as part of the home but with its own discrete entrance.

The home also boasts many unique artworks specifically commissioned such as wrought iron gates, stained glass and shower screens made of Australian jade gemstones found locally.
